In the wake of a landmark ruling of the Administrative Court of Appeal calling for the review of all plant protection products placed on the market, the government's reaction is still pending.
On Wednesday, 3 September, the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal condemned France to review its procedures for the authorisation of pesticides, which were considered insufficient to guarantee the maintenance of biodiversity and the protection of health. The Court therefore ordered the French State to review the marketing authorisations already issued.
