Banco Pichincha received authorization from the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) to incorporate Diners Club Peru into its structure as a subsidiary company.
The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP authorized the Banco Pichincha to acquire all the shares representative of the capital of Diners Club Perú S.A. The operation seeks that the company become subsidiary of the bank.
The resolution states that integration will allow the bank to carry out, through this company, activities related to complementary services or auxiliary to financial operations.
