Amid a recent series of personal information leaks caused by AI hacking, primarily centered around financial institutions, the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) also experienced an incident in which the personal information of over 20,000 employees was exposed on an external website. It took approximately 32 hours from the time KEPCO became aware of the exposure until the relevant information was deleted.
