Permits have been issued for the construction of a four-story mixed-use building at 4225-27 North Park Avenue in the Hunting Park neighborhood of North Philadelphia. Located on the west side of the block between West Bristol Street and West Luzerne Street, the project will bring 45 residential units and ground-floor office space to a currently vacant site.
