Perham Scouts map ash trees to help combat emerald ash borer threat

PERHAM — Perham Scouts are canvassing each neighborhood in the city with a goal of pinpointing every ash tree on public boulevards. In early July, the emerald ash borer made its way to Otter Tail County.
