Pequot Lakes churches donate more than $13,000 and 1,600 pounds of food to food shelf

PEQUOT LAKES — Our Savior's Lutheran Church and Grace United Methodist Church, both in Pequot Lakes, completed a donation drive challenge to see which church could donate more to the Lakes Area Food Shelf. The final results were 655 pounds of food and $10,197.57 from Our Savior's Lutheran Church and 1,019 pounds of food and $3,085 from Grace UMC.
