Pep Boys Signs 37,000 SF Office Lease Expansion in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

BALA CYNYWD, PA. — Pep Boys has signed a 37,000-square-foot office lease expansion in Bala Cynwyd, a northwestern suburb of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia-based automotive services company now occupies more than 70,000 square feet at One Presidential Boulevard, a four-story, 133,115-square-foot building.
