Peoria to honor late Dr. W. Roscoe McCall with street naming

PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- Peoria is about to rename a street in honor of long-time dentist, Dr. W. Roscoe McCall. The honorary ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, at the corner of West Columbia Terrace and North North Street, said Peoria Public Works Department spokesman Nick McMillion.
