Peoria city manager to step down
By Philip Haldiman | Gilbert Independent City Manager Henry Darwin is stepping down as Peoria’s top executive, pending council approval, but he will remain with the city in a new position. In a letter sent to city staff Jan. 6, Darwin said he will be stepping into another role with Peoria effective March 1.
