Pennsylvania man arrested on assault charges stemming from crash

MILFORD, Del. – A Pennsylvania man was arrested on assault charges following a crash in Milford Tuesday afternoon. At around 1 p.m., troopers were called to 793 Bay Road for a reported crash. Preliminary investigation revealed that a 50-year-old Milford man was driving southbound on Bay Road, near Jenkins Road, in a Honda Element.
