- The FBI established probable cause after monitoring Kramer's online posts and social media correspondence, which investigators believed indicated his intent to support ISIS.
- On Saturday, Kramer left his Valencia home and took an Uber to a Walmart in Gibsonia to obtain a rifle; agents later found a semi-automatic rifle, 30 knives, and a note in his hotel room.
- The FBI and federal prosecutors will discuss the arrest at a news conference Tuesday morning in Pittsburgh, a Department of Justice spokesman said.
- Prosecutors charged Kramer with receipt or transfer of a firearm knowing it would be used to commit a federal crime of terrorism, after he allegedly paid cash to stay at a Cranberry hotel.
