LOWER MERION — A portion of Penn Road in Wynnewood was closed Friday morning after a truck struck the bridge carrying the SEPTA and Amtrak lines over the road. Police said no traffic will be permitted through the area until further notice. Police reported that a truck going eastbound toward Wynnewood Road hit the bridge and became wedged underneath.
