Dunwoody council reviews Georgetown small area draft plan
The Dunwoody City Council heard a presentation July 27 on the Georgetown Small Area Draft Plan, which outlines a framework to improve mobility and strengthen the identity of one of the city’s key commercial areas. It outlines redevelopment visions for four sites based on zoning regulations and land uses supported by Direction Dunwoody, the city’s 2045 comprehensive plan, and online input from about 400 residents.
