CEO Peter Stern aims to reignite growth by targeting the "massive cultural boom" in running and shifting the company's identity beyond stationary bikes to address high-cost equipment challenges.
The folding Tread Flex saves nearly 50% of floor space, while the premium Tread+ Vision adds Sled Mode with up to 300 pounds of resistance; all models feature Peloton IQ with personalized pace targets and form-correcting cameras.
Analysts expect "revenue to remain pretty muted given continuous headwinds to subscriber growth," though Truist analyst Youssef Squali maintains a "buy" rating with a $9 price target.
