At a government meeting, Minister Pełczyńska-Nałęcz addressed the scandal surrounding the loan for the implementation of the National Operational Programme (KPO). Later, spokesman Adam Szłapka spoke at a press conference.
Minister of the Ministry of Finance and Development, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, announced that disbursements of funds from the National Recovery Plan under the HoReCa program will be suspended until the audit is completed. "I understand the enormous emotions and public outrage," she emphasized, assuring businesses that the funds will be distributed to businesses on an ongoing basis after each contract is verified.
