Pedestrian struck by train in Pendleton

PENDLETON – A Hermiston man was killed when he was struck by a Union Pacific train at Southeast Third Street and Southeast Frazer Avenue last evening (Tuesday). Pendleton Police Chief Chuck Byram identified the man as Jesus Candilido Yzaguirre, 44.
