Pedestrian killed in likely hit-and-run crash in El Cajon

A man was killed in what authorities suspect was a hit-and-run crash on an Interstate 8 on-ramp in El Cajon early Wednesday, the California Highway Patrol said. A caller reported a man lying in the road on the ramp from Second Street to westbound I-8 shortly before 2 a.m., the CHP said.
