CLAY CO. — A man was killed after being struck by a vehicle Sunday night in northern Clay County. The driver has been arrested on charges of causing death while operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The incident occurred at approximately 7:40 p.m. on County Road 1450 North near State Road 59.
