The plan published on Tuesday to transform the Dutch economy into a circular economy is still not enough to actually achieve this. The new version of the so-called National Circular Economy Program contains "mainly many intentions and plans," writes the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency (PBL). Politicians must develop and formalize these plans to provide businesses with certainty.
