PAXTON — Progress may be measured in number of meetings — 57 — or number of residents they talked to — more than 240 — but for the town's Charter Subcommittee, the journey is not done. With a draft charter 70% complete, Chair Steve Rebesco said recently, the group charged with the mission of creating a charter for Paxton has its timeline planned.
