A Pawtucket man, Rhode Island, has been convicted for the murder of a barber in Central Falls in 2023, according to WJAR. Luis López was convicted of the first-degree murder of Emmanuel Torres Plaza in 2023. He was also convicted on various charges related to firearms, including possession of an undetectable weapon. The police believe that the shooting originated in a love triangle. López remains in detention without bail pending his sentence.
