Pavkov: Serbia Nominates Beech Forests for Unesco Natural Heritage

At the initiative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Government of Serbia adopted a Conclusion on the basis of which Serbia will submit a nomination of beech forests for the expansion of the UNESCO international world natural heritage site "Ancient and Pristine Beech Forests of the Carpathians and Other Regions of Europe", the ministry said in a statement.
