Threats and hate messages from radical Islamists against a PQ candidate: a frontal attack on our democracy that demands an appropriate police response. It is with astonishment that I learned of the threats and extremely violent comments directed at our nomination candidate in Laval-des-Rapides, Ms. Fatima Aboubakr, since the announcement of her intention to run for the Parti Québécois in the next election.
