Paul Costelloe’s cause of death revealed at inquest

Iconic Irish fashion designer Paul Costelloe ‘elevated the runways of London Fashion Week’, his family told an inquest following his death. The fashion giant died, aged 80, in November last year, after a fall at his London home two weeks previously, Westminster Coroner’s Court heard.
