Patterson Fire Chief: Pipeline flare near civic center is scheduled maintenance, nothing to be alarmed over

PATTERSON — The fire chief in Patterson says that residents and travelers should not be alarmed when they see a controlled flare coming from a pipeline when passing near the Patterson Civic Center. The burn, Chief Scott Hutton says, will take place over the next few days during daylight hours.
