- Senate committees will also investigate online gaming platforms that 'target minor children' and recommend ways to improve ticket-sale price transparency to protect consumers from deceptive practices.
- The Senate Water, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee will assess Pecos River Basin management to modernize governance and ensure long-term reliability before the legislative session convenes.
