Intermountain Medical Center in Murray lost power for about an hour on Thursday afternoon, forcing the hospital to rely on backup generators and divert incoming ambulances to other facilities.
MURRAY, UTAH- A power cut was recorded Thursday afternoon at Intermountain Hospital in Murray, as confirmed by the health center to Telemundo Utah. The hospital said it affected the entire Murray campus and are working to restore it. Six mothers in labor and three babies from the NICU (Neonal Intensive Care Unit) have been transported to other hospitals, according to health center authorities.
