Since June last year, a patient in Timrå has been waiting for a new wheelchair and says he has become increasingly isolated. The staff trying to help are desperate about the situation and write in an email to SVT: “It hurts when I know that the problem is something that will continue to take time, because there are so many more in the same queue.”
