'Bravest Surgeon in Britain' Charged with Fraud over His Own Leg Amputations

CORNWALL, UK, JUL 22 – Neil Hopper faces charges including fraud and encouraging grievous bodily harm linked to limb removals, with investigations involving hundreds of amputations, police said.
