To the editor: I follow closely the election campaigns for our town government because the opinions of all voters as well as those of the candidates are critically important.

To the editor: As an antidote to today’s divisive politics, I urge voters to gather their energy to support local candidates who care about our communities and, in the process, rekindle our faith in democracy.
