Říčany has completed one of the largest investments in its history. The new elementary school on Komenského náměstí will offer eighteen classes, specialized classrooms, a cafeteria, a gym and an outdoor sports field. The building is the largest passive wooden school in the Czech Republic, so it consumes minimal energy for its operation. On Monday, the public will take a look inside and on Tuesday, the first students will sit in it.
