Paso Robles firefighters extinguish vehicle fire threatening vegetation

Paso Robles Fire says they responded to a vehicle fire at Highway 101 and Highway 46 West on Friday afternoon, quickly stopping the flames from spreading to nearby vegetation.Crews were dispatched shortly after 4 p.m., where the first unit arriving reported a car heavily involved in fire with a threat to nearby vegetation. Additional resources were requested, and crews quickly stopped the fire's spread and extinguished the vehicle fire.
