Pashynsky pleads guilty in seized petroleum products case, to pay UAH 1.1 bln to budget and Defense Forces
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has approved a plea agreement with the former acting head of the Presidential Administration in the case involving seized petroleum products, according to a post on the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) Facebook page, which did not specify the former official's last name.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine approved the plea agreement with the former acting head of the Presidential Administration Serhiy Pashinsky in the case of seized oil products. Within the framework of the agreement, UAH 1.1 billion will be directed to the budget and the needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
<p>Pashinsky concluded an agreement with the WACS and pledged to pay more than UAH 1 billion in favor of the Defense Forces Serhiy Pashinsky pleaded guilty in the case of seized oil products. He has to pay more than UAH 1 billion and provide exculpatory screenings.</p>
