NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. (WFLA) — A man from New Port Richey is facing felony charges after turning road rage into a gunfight. An affidavit from the Pasco Sheriff's Office said the incident happened Friday at around 3 p.m. on SR-54 near Starkey Blvd. The suspect, 25-year-old Hunter Bibb, was driving a Dodge Charger, while the two victims were in a Dodge RAM.
