Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo will be giving the annual state of the city address Wednesday, Jan. 28, at Robinson Park Recreation Center. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the event scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at 1081 N. Fair Oaks Ave. Free parking will be available on-site.
