Lisbon. — With an agenda that proposes to defend the family and human dignity, the Alliance Democratic (AD) coalition, led by the acting Prime Minister Luís Montenegro, won the legislative elections in Portugal. AD won 89 seats in Parliament, falling below the 116 seats required for an absolute majority. AD’s electoral programme includes measures aimed at strengthening the family and promoting human dignity.
