Route 90 is closed between Mill Street and Route 17 after a motor vehicle crash ruptured fuel tanks next to Tolman Pond Market, according to the town of Rockport.

ROCKPORT — For at least a brief time, the functioning noses of those standing downwind of Tolman Pond Market, on Route 90, in Rockport, inhaled a strong whiff of fuel. But, of course, it is a gas station.  This story was updated at approximately 8 a.m., Sept. 3, to reflect that the fuel tank involved was gasoline, not propane.
