Park Rapids’ wunderkind golfer gets school board handshake

The Park Rapids School Board on Tuesday, Sept. 2 recognized eighth grade golfer Natalie Martin, who placed second at sections this spring. Martin came in behind a senior from Hawley who plans to play golf in college, according to Activities Director Jeremy Nordick, adding that Martin went on to tie for 18th place at state.
