Parish Establishes Committee to Analyze Solutions for Employee Hiring, Retention
During the August 28 Plaquemines Parish Government (PPG) meeting, council members unanimously approved a resolution to establish a committee that will analyze how the parish recruits, hires, trains, and generally oversees employees. The resolution, introduced by district 3 council member Chris Schulz, states the committee will consist of council members, Civil Service commissioners, the PPG administration, and the port administration.
