- To support families, Aldi invested £300 million to lower prices on more than 1,000 products this year and launched a Summer Support Scheme giving away £50 shops daily throughout July and August.
- Julie Ashfield, chief commercial officer for Aldi, said: "Summer holidays are becoming increasingly expensive for families." The brand aims to keep essentials affordable to help families enjoy the holiday period without compromise.
