Panama legislature forms new Taiwan friendship group

Under the leadership of members of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China Policy (IPAC), the Panamanian Congress today formally established a "Cross-Party Parliamentary Exchange Group" with Taiwan's Legislative Yuan. Of the 71 seats in the Panamanian Congress, 46 members have joined the exchange group with Taiwan, making it one of the largest Panamanian parliamentary organizations.
