Palworld 1.0 Patch Notes: All New Features, Sunreach, Pals, Big Changes
Pocketpair says the free update adds a new storyline, 72 Pals and major combat, breeding and progression overhauls.
- Pocketpair released Palworld 1.0 today, ending two years of early access with the massive update now available on Steam, PlayStation, Xbox Series, and Xbox One.
- The expansion introduces the floating Sunreach region and the World Tree, while adding 72 new Pals, including 47 brand-new creatures and 25 variants.
- Combat receives a major overhaul alongside 13 new weapons including the Tactical Grenade Launcher and Laser Sword, and the update adds a dedicated PvP mode and Genetic Recombination for breeding.
- Redesigned Tower Boss encounters support the new level 80 cap, and the new Wing Pack flight system allows aerial Combat while keeping all five combat slots available.
- Pocketpair confirmed existing save files remain compatible with 1.0, and detailed changes including 44 new accessories and QoL improvements are available in the official patch notes.
