Ryan Vines There is a magnetic appeal taking place eight miles north of Ennis. Palmer is drawing 95% of their high school students to enroll in at least one Career and Technical Education (CTE) class. Officially, they had 365 yieldto- the-appeal last year, only to see that number swell to over 405 this fall. The city is growing at 2% and has a projected 2026 population of 2,725 residents.
