Palm Coast City Manager McGlothlin Postpones Raydient Development Review as It Needs 'More Work'

Two weeks before the proposed Raydient order to develop 22,000 homes west of U.S. 1 was to go before the city’s Planning Board, Palm Coast City Manager Mike McGlothlin said today that the whole process is being postponed to allow for better vetting.
