PAKISTAN, JUL 19 – Pakistan completed an undefeated run with a 3-2 comeback win over defending champions Iran, led by Muhammad Junaid scoring 28 points in the 2025 Asian U16 Volleyball Championship.
- In Nakhon Pathom, Pakistan Under-16 men's volleyball team stunned Iran with a 3–2 comeback, clinching their first U16 title on July 19, 2025.
- The second edition, organized by the Asian Volleyball Confederation and the Thailand Volleyball Association, ran from July 12 to 19, 2025, in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, serving as the qualification event and organized by AVC and TVA.
- With momentum shifting in the third set, Junaid and Ullah starred after trailing two sets, Pakistan won the next three 30–28, 25–21, 15–10, highlighted by Junaid’s 28 points and Ullah’s 22.
