Pakistan Set for Crucial ODI Series in Bangladesh Ahead of 2027 World Cup
The series follows Bangladesh’s rejected request to move matches out of India amid tensions and marks Pakistan's second tour since July 2025, the PCB said.

- An International Cricket Council delegation intervened and announced Pakistan would play India, while stating Bangladesh faces no penalty and will host an ICC event before the Men’s Cricket World Cup 2031.
- This series marks Pakistan’s second tour of Bangladesh since July 2025 and follows Pakistan’s boycott declaration of the India match during the ongoing T20 World Cup.
