Rain Expected in Many Parts of Luzon Due to 'Amihan', Shear Line

- Heavy to intense rain of 100-200 mm is forecast in many provinces, with floods and landslides likely; PAGASA advised the public to stay alert and monitor updates as rain reaches Metro Manila.
- Forecast models indicate intensification into a tropical storm after entering the West Philippine Sea, expected to cross the Visayas and northern Palawan until November 26 and exit by Wednesday morning.
