PACALAT RIVER IN MANGATAREM TO BE TEMPORARILY CLOSED - RMN Networks

The implementation of the temporary closure of the Pacalat River in Mangatarem began yesterday, April 3. According to the Barangay Council, due to ongoing infrastructure and road projects that affect the quality of the water and access to the river, it will be temporarily closed to tourists.
