Mudslides, Flooding Lead To Evacuations of PA Town

GLEN MAWR, LYCOMING COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, JUL 14 – Heavy rainfall caused Muncy Creek to rise 10 feet rapidly, triggering mandatory evacuations for about 25 residents and multiple road closures due to mudslides, officials said.

The town of Glen Mawr was forced to evacuate early Monday morning as extreme flash flooding triggered quick water rises and mudslides.
