Pa. teen charged with homicide in friend’s death during drug deal, robbery: police

A 15-year-old boy was charged with homicide after his friend was fatally shot during a drug deal-robbery in Franklin County on Monday, Pennsylvania State Police said in court documents. Donyell Soper, of McConnellsburg, Fulton County, was charged with criminal homicide, carrying a firearm without a permit, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, according to charging documents filed by Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg.
